So we made a consistent choice: the strap is sewn in India by an association that helps women survivors of violence rebuild their lives. The cotton is organic and 100% Indian in origin. How to use it (and how to care for it)
For carrying: roll the mat, belt it, and off you go — it stays rolled and is easy to carry. For exercise: it becomes your extension, to reach further, release the shoulders and hold a posture without yanking. Care is simple: if needed, clean gently with a lightly soapy sponge, then air-dry.
