Supplied with the strap. It is made in India in partnership with the Delhi-based NGO SSMI, which helps women survivors of violence rebuild their lives through work. The cotton is organic and 100% Indian in origin.

From the Larzac to the engraving: local making, bespoke finish
The wool comes from the Roquefort PDO area on the Larzac plateau: local, traceable, from flocks held to a demanding set of standards. It is turned into felt in Aveyron with Filature Colbert, then the mat receives its non-slip coating, applied evenly. The personalised engraving comes last and signs the product cleanly, without altering the material. And the strap? As we cannot yet have it made in France, it is sewn in India by an association helping women survivors of violence rebuild their lives.
The perfect pair: soft and easy to care for
Your engraved mat is made for everyday life: unroll, session, roll up, off you go. The strap does everything: it works as an exercise tool (stretching, alignment, opening up) and as an easy way to carry the mat anywhere. As for care, wool prefers to breathe: air it out after use. Dust: vacuum with a soft attachment. Small mark: lightly soapy sponge, air-dry (not on a radiator). Deep clean: dry cleaning recommended. Avoid the washing machine.

Engraved into the wool felt, not printed. Nothing is added to the surface: no ink, no film, no raised layer under your hands.
After you order, we write to you to agree on the text. Nothing is engraved until you approve it. The mat ships within 5 working days of your approval. For Christmas 2026, order by Thursday 10 December, midnight.
No: a mat engraved with your text cannot be returned or refunded. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code), and neither does our 30-day returns policy. The legal guarantee of conformity still applies: any manufacturing defect is covered.
No. We apply 100 g of non-slip polymer in total, 50 g on each side. The formula was developed for this mat by a French chemist. The mat stays put on the floor, and your hands and feet stay put on the mat, even in dynamic poses.
Yes. Larzac wool felt is dense: at the same thickness, it cushions better than foam, and it springs back into shape. At 8 mm, it supports your knees and elbows on the floor while keeping you steady in standing poses. For a mat, density matters more than thickness.
You may notice a slight natural wool smell when you unpack it; it fades after a few days of airing. After that, wool gets rid of odours by itself, sweat included: its keratin inhibits the bacteria that cause them, with no chemical treatment.
It rarely needs washing. After your session, let it air: the moisture evaporates and odours disappear. For dust, use a vacuum cleaner. For a stain, use a lightly soapy sponge, then let it air-dry, away from radiators. No washing machine.
It weighs 1.25 kg for 190 × 61 cm: 1.15 kg of felt and 100 g of non-slip coating. It rolls up like any standard mat. To carry it, the carrying strap (€25) keeps it rolled, and the leather bag (€110) protects it.
The wool comes from farms in the Roquefort PDO area, on the Larzac plateau, and processing it takes a great deal of work: it is felted in Aveyron by Filature Colbert, then cut and treated in our workshop in Saint-Affrique. No stage is offshored. Delivery to a pick-up point is free on orders of €90 or more.
Yes. Wool is biodegradable, and the non-slip coating does not prevent this, given the small amount applied (100 g for the whole mat). At the end of its life, cut the mat into pieces: it will compost, for example at the foot of a tree.

Yes, within 30 days of receipt, if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense. Personalised products and sale items are excluded. Your statutory rights (withdrawal, guarantees) apply in all cases.
The mats are felted in Aveyron and finished in our workshop in Saint-Affrique. The bag is made in Saint-Affrique, and the throw is woven in Argelès-sur-Mer. Only the strap is made in India, in a workshop that helps people back into work.
