General conditions of sale
1. OBJECT
These general conditions of sale aim to define the rights and obligations of Le Tapis de Laine and the Customer of products presented by Le Tapis de Laine on its site. www.letapisdelaine.fr (hereinafter “the Site”).
They apply exclusively between the company Le Tapis de Laine, 38 boulevard de l'Ayrolle, 38 boulevard de l'Ayrolle, 12100 Millau, Siret: 93199922100019 (hereinafter “Le Tapis de Laine”) and any consumer who is a natural person visiting or making a purchase via the said Site (hereinafter “the Customer”).
Any order placed on the Site implies the unreserved acceptance by the Customer of these conditions. Le Tapis de Laine reserves the right to modify its conditions at any time, those applicable being those in force on the date of the order.
2. OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER
The Customer declares to be at least 18 years old and to have the legal capacity to place an order.
The Customer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information when ordering.
An order confirmation will be sent by email.
The Customer can change his information in the “My Account” section.
3. ORDER
All orders are validated after payment has been accepted.
Le Tapis de Laine reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a dispute with the Customer.3.3. In case of unavailability of a product, the Customer will be informed and may request a refund.
4. PRIZES
Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. The Wool Carpet may change its prices at any time, those applied being those in force at the time of the order.
5. DELIVERY
The Wool Carpet delivers in France and the European Union. Deliveries are made during production, made to order. Delivery times are therefore indicative.
6. PAYMENT
Payment must be made in full when ordering, by credit card, bank transfer or via PayPal. Transactions are secure.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At Le Tapis de Laine, we strive to guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or a refund in accordance with the conditions below.
7.1 Return conditions
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in perfect condition
- Be returned in its packaging with all the original items
- Be accompanied by the proof of purchase
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or custom made products
- Promotional items
7.2 Return procedure

7.3 Refunds
Once the item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days by bank transfer.
Initial delivery charges are not refundable. In the event of an error or defect, Le Tapis de Laine will suggest that you send a new product.
The return costs are borne by the buyer.
8. EXCHANGES
To receive a different product, please contact us within a maximum of 30 days after receiving the product.
9. DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with evidence (photo or video). We will replace it at no additional cost.
